Job Description

Good service at a wine farm restaurant in Durban Central starts with you: friendly, quick and on top of every order. Good for someone who wants to build a solid track record they can put on their CV.

The work is in Durban Central, KwaZulu-Natal, so you'll need a reliable way to get there every day.

What your day looks like

Split bills, process card payments and handle tip-outs at the end of shift.
Pull espresso shots and steam milk for flat whites and cappuccinos.
Carry plates to the right seat without auctioning food at the table.
Clear, wipe and reset tables fast during the Friday and Sunday rush.
Mix cocktails, pour draught and serve shooters to spec at the bar.
Set tables, polish cutlery and glasses, and check condiments before doors open.
Restock the bar fridges and help with the weekly stock count.

Must-haves

Happy to work nights, weekends and public holidays
Quick with basic maths and card machines
Grade 10 or higher; matric is a plus
Own transport or a safe way home after late shifts
