Branch Service Consultant (Insurance Walk-In)

You'll help walk-in customers at a furniture retail branch in Fourways, face to face, all day. This role rewards consistency more than flash.

This post is Fourways-based, with most of your time spent at a furniture retail branch. Weekend work is on a roster, so you won't be on every weekend.

• Update customer details and file signed forms for audit.
• Call customers when repairs or orders are ready to collect.
• Upsell contract upgrades, accessories or cover when it fits the customer.
• Do SIM swaps and RICA registrations with proper ID checks.
• Track parcels, reissue waybills and arrange redelivery at the counter.
• Take payments, balance your till and bank cash at close.

• Retail hours, including Saturdays, Sundays and month-end
• You can stay polite with a long queue watching
• Matric (Grade 12) certificate
• Retail or customer service experience of at least a year
• Accurate with cash and paperwork

• Speaking the main local language of your area
• Medical scheme or insurance product knowledge
• A Customer Service NQF certificate
