Branch Service Consultant (Insurance Walk-In) – Experienced

This mall cellular store in Isando needs someone friendly who can fix account problems while the queue moves. You'll work with a small crew, so being easy to work with matters as much as skill.

Home base is a mall cellular store on the Isando side of Gauteng. Overtime comes up in peak season and is paid.

• Book repairs and warranty claims and give customers a reference number.
• Log complaints and pass them to the store or branch manager.
• Upsell contract upgrades, accessories or cover when it fits the customer.
• Call customers when repairs or orders are ready to collect.
• Take payments, balance your till and bank cash at close.
• Update customer details and file signed forms for audit.

• Good on a computer and point-of-sale system
• Matric (Grade 12) certificate
• Retail or customer service experience of at least a year
• Accurate with cash and paperwork

• Speaking the main local language of your area
• RICA and cellular product knowledge
• A Customer Service NQF certificate

• Product training and certifications paid for
• Monthly sales incentive on upgrades and add-ons
• Fixed roster published two weeks ahead
