Job Description

Night fill, weekends or month-end rush, a neighbourhood supermarket in Newcastle needs extra hands. Someone who likes a bit of variety, but also likes doing things the right way, will enjoy this.

Home base is a neighbourhood supermarket on the Newcastle side of KwaZulu-Natal.

What you'll actually do

Clean spills fast and put up wet-floor signs
Visit several stores on a merchandising route and send photos of shelves
Check sell-by dates and pull expired stock for the manager
Unpack deliveries in the receiving area and sort by aisle
Pack shelves from the back, rotating older stock to the front (first in, first out)

What you need

Basic reading and maths for price checks
Polite with customers and happy to help
Available for weekends, month-end and public holidays
Able to stand and lift cases all shift
Grade 10 or matric
