Job Description

Passengers in Kuruman trust a school transport operator to get them there safely, and that trust is on your shoulders. It suits someone who likes knowing exactly what a good day's work looks like.

Location: Kuruman, Northern Cape. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first. Shifts rotate, so you'll need to be flexible about days and nights.

What you'll actually do

Handle breakdowns calmly and keep passengers safe until help arrives
Keep the bus clean inside and report any damage
Give tourists a friendly welcome and help with luggage on charters
Follow speed limits strictly; buses are tracked
Pick up and drop off schoolchildren only at approved points

What you need

Clean driving and criminal record
Valid Code 10 or Code 14 licence
Punctual for very early starts
Patient and friendly with passengers
Medically fit
Valid PrDP for passengers (P)
