Job Description

You'll zip parcels, spares or documents around Upington for a motor spares shop, all day, all over town. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

Home base is a motor spares shop on the Upington side of Northern Cape. The first two weeks are spent shadowing someone experienced.

The work, day to day

Phone customers when the address is hard to find
Return undelivered parcels to the depot with a reason code
Scan parcels on delivery and take a photo or signature
Fill up the vehicle and keep fuel slips for the logbook
Follow the delivery app for route and stop order
Bank cheques, post documents and run office errands

Must-haves

Smartphone and comfortable using delivery apps
At least 1 year of driving experience
Able to work Saturdays
Good sense of direction and map reading
Polite with customers at the door
Valid Code 8 (B) licence, or A licence for motorbike roles
