Job Description

Home every night: a beverage wholesaler in Mossel Bay needs a steady Code 10 driver for daily routes. Someone who likes a bit of variety, but also likes doing things the right way, will enjoy this.

The work is in Mossel Bay, Western Cape, so you'll need a reliable way to get there every day.

What you'll actually do

Plan your drop order with the dispatch clerk each morning
Manage your assistant on the truck and share the offloading
Get signed invoices back to the office at the end of each day
Deliver to shops, sites and homes on your route
Check the load against invoices before signing it out
Fill in the trip sheet with kilometres, fuel and stops
Check the truck's oil, water, tyres and lights before leaving

What you need

Friendly and professional with customers
Valid PrDP for goods (G)
Clean driving record
Valid Code 10 (C1) licence

Extra points for

Crane or HIAB operator certificate
Speaking local languages on township routes
