Job Description

A clean Code 8 licence and good street sense will get you started at an e-commerce delivery hub in Midrand. Expect to be trusted with real work from your first week.

This post is Midrand-based, with most of your time spent at an e-commerce delivery hub. Weekend work is on a roster, so you won't be on every weekend.

The work, day to day

Keep your vehicle or bike clean and report faults
Fill up the vehicle and keep fuel slips for the logbook
Collect spares and parts from suppliers and bring them to the workshop
Phone customers when the address is hard to find
Return undelivered parcels to the depot with a reason code
Deliver chronic medication to patients' homes and confirm ID
Load parcels in route order from the depot scanning area

What you need

Smartphone and comfortable using delivery apps
Able to work Saturdays
Polite with customers at the door
At least 1 year of driving experience

Helpful, not essential

Knowledge of the city's industrial areas
PrDP for staff shuttle posts
