Customer Service Clerk (Courier Depot)

You'll help walk-in customers at a private clinic front desk in Lephalale, face to face, all day. You'll work with a small crew, so being easy to work with matters as much as skill.

This post is Lephalale-based, with most of your time spent at a private clinic front desk. There's a probation period of three months before the contract is confirmed.

• Do SIM swaps and RICA registrations with proper ID checks.
• Take payments, balance your till and bank cash at close.
• Call customers when repairs or orders are ready to collect.
• Upsell contract upgrades, accessories or cover when it fits the customer.
• Log complaints and pass them to the store or branch manager.
• Process returns, exchanges and credit notes under the Consumer Protection Act.

• Good on a computer and point-of-sale system
• Matric (Grade 12) certificate
• Accurate with cash and paperwork
• You can stay polite with a long queue watching

• Fixed roster published two weeks ahead
• Product training and certifications paid for

• Mention any till, cash-up or POS work on your CV; it shows you can be trusted with money.
• Apply close to home: stores prefer people who can reach the mall reliably for opening and closing shifts.
