Data Capturer (Claims Processing)

You'll capture, check and file information for a wholesale distribution centre in Fourways, fast and clean. You'll work with a small crew, so being easy to work with matters as much as skill.

Location: Fourways, Gauteng. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first.

• Hit daily volume targets with an accuracy score above 98%.
• Check every captured record against the source document for errors.
• Match proofs of delivery to invoices and flag shortages.
• Enter sales orders on SAP or Sage and print picking slips.
• Prepare simple Excel reports on volumes and backlogs.

• Careful with personal information and confidentiality
• Basic Excel: sorting, filtering and simple formulas
• You can concentrate on repetitive work for a full day
• Comfortable with overtime at month-end
• A matric pass, any subjects

• A Business Administration NQF Level 3 or 4 certificate
• Medical terminology or ICD-10 coding basics

• Close to public transport routes
• Office hours with overtime paid at the BCEA rate
• Training on the company system from day one
