Home base is a municipal accounts office on the Cape Town CBD side of Western Cape. There's a probation period of three months before the contract is confirmed.

• Report daily on rands collected, contacts made and arrangements set.

• Hand accounts over for legal action once internal steps are exhausted.
• Dial through your arrears book on the auto-dialler and confirm the debtor's identity.
• Update debtor contact details from tracing searches.

• Target-driven and comfortable with commission
• Clear credit and criminal record
• At least 6 months in collections, sales or a call centre
• Registered, or willing to register, with the Council for Debt Collectors
• Good with numbers, dates and payment calculations

• Structured weekday hours with only occasional Saturdays
