Job Description

A corporate head office in Rosslyn needs a calm tech who can help frustrated users get back to work. You'll work with a small crew, so being easy to work with matters as much as skill.

This post is Rosslyn-based, with most of your time spent at a corporate head office.

The work, day to day

Image, set up and hand over new laptops and desktops
Reset passwords and unlock accounts in Active Directory and Entra ID
Connect users remotely with a remote support tool to fix issues
Escalate network and server faults to second or third line with good notes
Install and configure printers, scanners and docking stations
Visit branches or sites to fix issues that need hands on the machine

You'll need

Patient and friendly with non-technical users
At least 1 year of help desk or desktop support (not needed for intern posts)
Basic networking: IP addresses, DNS, DHCP and Wi-Fi
Code B driver's licence and own car for field posts
