Job Description

This funeral cover call centre in Roodepoort pays a basic plus commission, and your pipeline sets the ceiling. Bring a calm head on busy days and you'll be fine.

Home base is a funeral cover call centre on the Roodepoort side of Gauteng. Shifts rotate, so you'll need to be flexible about days and nights.

What your day looks like

Call warm leads from the dialler and qualify them in the first minute.
Follow up on quotes sent and chase missing documents.
Save policies when clients call to cancel.
Treat clients fairly under TCF rules and never oversell.
Keep your record of advice complete for compliance audits.

What you need

You are comfortable earning a large part of your pay in commission
Matric, including Maths or Maths Literacy
Six months or more of sales, telesales or call centre work
Honest selling, even when the easy sale is the wrong one
RE5 passed, or willing to write it within the first year
FAIS fit and proper: clean credit and criminal record
