Job Description

You'll cover a route of stores around Midrand, selling in stock and fixing shelves as you go. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

This post is Midrand-based, with most of your time spent at a beverage distributor.

What your day looks like

Pack shelves, rotate stock and remove damaged or expired lines.
Log kilometres and fuel slips for the monthly claim.
Run in-store tastings and demos on month-end weekends.
Handle returns and credit claims for damaged stock.
Open new accounts with taverns, spazas and independent retailers.
Set up promotional displays and check planogram compliance with photos.
Send your manager a daily report with volumes against target.

What you need

1 to 3 years of FMCG, merchandising or route sales experience
Comfortable with a smartphone sales app and WhatsApp reporting
A valid Code 08 (Code B) driver's licence, for rep roles
Matric
You know the townships, suburbs and main roads of your area
Good with people from store managers to tuck-shop owners
