Front-of-House Service Consultant (Clinic) – Fixed-Term

Customers bring their problems to your counter at a mall cellular store in Montague Gardens, and leave with answers. If you learn fast and don't mind being shown things twice, you'll settle in within a few weeks.

You'll report in Montague Gardens. Relocation is not covered for this one. Shifts rotate, so you'll need to be flexible about days and nights.

• Update customer details and file signed forms for audit.
• Do SIM swaps and RICA registrations with proper ID checks.
• Take payments, balance your till and bank cash at close.
• Track parcels, reissue waybills and arrange redelivery at the counter.
• Process returns, exchanges and credit notes under the Consumer Protection Act.
• Log complaints and pass them to the store or branch manager.
• Call customers when repairs or orders are ready to collect.

• Good on a computer and point-of-sale system
• Accurate with cash and paperwork
• Retail hours, including Saturdays, Sundays and month-end
• Presentable and approachable with all kinds of customers

• A Customer Service NQF certificate
• Speaking the main local language of your area
• RICA and cellular product knowledge

• Apply close to home: stores prefer people who can reach the mall reliably for opening and closing shifts.
