Front-of-House Service Consultant (Clinic) – Permanent

You'll help walk-in customers at a department store service desk in Stellenbosch, face to face, all day. It suits someone who likes knowing exactly what a good day's work looks like.

The work is in Stellenbosch, Western Cape, so you'll need a reliable way to get there every day. You'll start with a short induction before working on your own.

• Book repairs and warranty claims and give customers a reference number.
• Upsell contract upgrades, accessories or cover when it fits the customer.
• Track parcels, reissue waybills and arrange redelivery at the counter.
• Update customer details and file signed forms for audit.
• Take payments, balance your till and bank cash at close.
• Greet customers, find out what they need and manage the queue ticket system.

• Retail or customer service experience of at least a year
• Accurate with cash and paperwork
• You can stay polite with a long queue watching
• Retail hours, including Saturdays, Sundays and month-end
• Matric (Grade 12) certificate

• Monthly sales incentive on upgrades and add-ons
