Graduate Recruitment Coordinator

You'll find, screen and place the right people for a bank talent team in Vereeniging. This role rewards consistency more than flash.

This post is in Vereeniging (Gauteng). Please only apply if you can travel there daily. Start is planned for the beginning of next month.

• Place temps on assignments and check timesheets under the Labour Relations Act rules for TES.
• Handle candidate data in line with POPIA, including consent and deletion.
• Source candidates through search, referrals and your own database.
• Screen CVs and run phone interviews to check fit and salary expectations.
• Run group assessments for volume intakes of 30 to 100 people.
• Negotiate offers and prepare offer letters.
• Take detailed job briefs from hiring managers and clients.

• Organised enough to run 15 or more vacancies at once
• Comfortable with targets for agency roles
• Skilled at LinkedIn search and job board databases
• A diploma or degree in HR or a related field, or strong agency experience

• Knowledge of employment equity targets when shortlisting
• Experience with psychometric or skills assessments
• An applicant tracking system such as Bullhorn or a similar ATS

• Commission on placements for agency roles
• Clear growth path to senior consultant or team manager
• Hybrid working
• LinkedIn Recruiter licence provided
