Job Description

You'll handle the full HR cycle for a private hospital in Rustenburg, from hiring to hearings. Good for someone who wants to build a solid track record they can put on their CV.

Home base is a private hospital on the Rustenburg side of North West.

What you'll actually do

Run onboarding, contracts and probation reviews for new staff.
Compile the Employment Equity report and the Workplace Skills Plan.
Track leave, absenteeism and sick notes and act on patterns.
Advise line managers on the Labour Relations Act and the BCEA.
Consult with shop stewards and attend union meetings.

What you need

Confident facilitating hard conversations with managers and unions
CCMA experience, at least at conciliation
Valid driver's licence for multi-site roles
Good report writing and Excel
