IT Helpdesk Agent (Night Shift)

Get hands-on support experience at a hospital group in Centurion, from password resets to new laptop builds. It's a practical job: you'll see what you got done before you go home.

You'll be based at a hospital group in Centurion. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps. Start is planned for the beginning of next month.

• Install and configure printers, scanners and docking stations
• Keep the asset register up to date when equipment moves
• Reset passwords and unlock accounts in Active Directory and Entra ID
• Image, set up and hand over new laptops and desktops
• Escalate network and server faults to second or third line with good notes

• Matric plus an IT qualification, such as CompTIA A+ or an IT diploma
• At least 1 year of help desk or desktop support (not needed for intern posts)
• Basic networking: IP addresses, DNS, DHCP and Wi-Fi
• Working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 and Microsoft 365

• ITIL Foundation
• Experience with Intune or SCCM for device management

• Paid certification exams after probation
• Clear path to second-line and systems roles
• Company laptop and cellphone

• List your certifications right under your name; A+ and ITIL are common keyword filters.
• Be ready for a practical test on a real laptop or a phone troubleshooting role-play.
