Onsite IT Support Engineer (Corporate Office)

Get hands-on support experience at a corporate head office in Midrand, from password resets to new laptop builds. Someone who likes a bit of variety, but also likes doing things the right way, will enjoy this.

Location: Midrand, Gauteng. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first.

• Troubleshoot Outlook, Teams and OneDrive problems for users
• Write short how-to guides for common user problems
• Visit branches or sites to fix issues that need hands on the machine
• Replace faulty hardware and log warranty claims with suppliers
• Reset passwords and unlock accounts in Active Directory and Entra ID
• Keep the asset register up to date when equipment moves

• Patient and friendly with non-technical users
• Code B driver's licence and own car for field posts
• Able to log clear, complete ticket notes
• Working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 and Microsoft 365

• Be ready for a practical test on a real laptop or a phone troubleshooting role-play.
