IT Helpdesk Agent (Night Shift) – Experienced

Get hands-on support experience at a managed IT services provider in Epping, from password resets to new laptop builds. This role rewards consistency more than flash.

You'll be based at a managed IT services provider in Epping. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps. Most weeks are 45 hours, in line with the BCEA.

• Write short how-to guides for common user problems
• Visit branches or sites to fix issues that need hands on the machine
• Log, prioritise and update tickets on the service desk system
• Keep the asset register up to date when equipment moves
• Troubleshoot Outlook, Teams and OneDrive problems for users
• Image, set up and hand over new laptops and desktops

• Code B driver's licence and own car for field posts
• Matric plus an IT qualification, such as CompTIA A+ or an IT diploma
• Patient and friendly with non-technical users
• At least 1 year of help desk or desktop support (not needed for intern posts)
• Able to log clear, complete ticket notes

• Experience supporting point-of-sale or medical devices
• CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft MD-102 certification
• Experience with Intune or SCCM for device management

• Be ready for a practical test on a real laptop or a phone troubleshooting role-play.
