Mobile Developer (Flutter)

A software development house in Atlantis needs a developer who can take a ticket from idea to production. It's the kind of job where doing the basics well every day gets you noticed.

The work is in Atlantis, Western Cape, so you'll need a reliable way to get there every day. Shifts rotate, so you'll need to be flexible about days and nights.

• Review teammates' pull requests with useful comments
• Document how your features work for support and new developers
• Handle personal data safely, with POPIA rules in mind
• Deploy through a CI/CD pipeline on Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or GitLab
• Investigate production bugs using logs and monitoring dashboards
• Build and consume REST or GraphQL APIs
• Pick up tickets from the sprint board and estimate the work

• Good SQL and understanding of relational databases
• Stable internet and a quiet workspace for remote days
• Commercial experience in at least one of PHP, C#, Java, Python or JavaScript
• Experience writing automated tests
• Solid Git habits: branches, pull requests and meaningful commit messages
• You can explain technical choices to non-technical people

• Knowledge of secure coding and the OWASP Top 10
• Cloud certification on AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
