IT Helpdesk Agent (Night Shift) – Experienced

Get hands-on support experience at a hospital group in Mokopane, from password resets to new laptop builds. If you learn fast and don't mind being shown things twice, you'll settle in within a few weeks.

Home base is a hospital group on the Mokopane side of Limpopo. You'll start with a short induction before working on your own.

• Write short how-to guides for common user problems
• Escalate network and server faults to second or third line with good notes
• Image, set up and hand over new laptops and desktops
• Connect users remotely with a remote support tool to fix issues
• Reset passwords and unlock accounts in Active Directory and Entra ID
• Visit branches or sites to fix issues that need hands on the machine

• Matric plus an IT qualification, such as CompTIA A+ or an IT diploma
• At least 1 year of help desk or desktop support (not needed for intern posts)
• Code B driver's licence and own car for field posts
• Able to log clear, complete ticket notes

• CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft MD-102 certification
• Experience supporting point-of-sale or medical devices

• Paid certification exams after probation
• Company laptop and cellphone
• Travel allowance for field technicians

• List your certifications right under your name; A+ and ITIL are common keyword filters.
• Be ready for a practical test on a real laptop or a phone troubleshooting role-play.
