Job Description

Tickets come in all day at this call centre campus in Pretoria East, and you close them. Bring a calm head on busy days and you'll be fine.

The work is in Pretoria East, Gauteng, so you'll need a reliable way to get there every day. Overtime comes up in peak season and is paid.

What you'll actually do

Connect users remotely with a remote support tool to fix issues
Visit branches or sites to fix issues that need hands on the machine
Reset passwords and unlock accounts in Active Directory and Entra ID
Image, set up and hand over new laptops and desktops
Log, prioritise and update tickets on the service desk system
Keep the asset register up to date when equipment moves
Troubleshoot Outlook, Teams and OneDrive problems for users

What you need

Working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 and Microsoft 365
Able to log clear, complete ticket notes
Basic networking: IP addresses, DNS, DHCP and Wi-Fi
Patient and friendly with non-technical users

Nice if you have

CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft MD-102 certification
Experience with Intune or SCCM for device management
Experience supporting point-of-sale or medical devices
