Job Description

Get hands-on support experience at a managed IT services provider in Somerset West, from password resets to new laptop builds. Someone who likes a bit of variety, but also likes doing things the right way, will enjoy this.

You'll be based at a managed IT services provider in Somerset West. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps.

What your day looks like

Image, set up and hand over new laptops and desktops
Troubleshoot Outlook, Teams and OneDrive problems for users
Escalate network and server faults to second or third line with good notes
Install and configure printers, scanners and docking stations
Keep the asset register up to date when equipment moves

You'll need

Able to log clear, complete ticket notes
Matric plus an IT qualification, such as CompTIA A+ or an IT diploma
Working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 and Microsoft 365
Patient and friendly with non-technical users
