Job Description

You'll be the person who fixes it when laptops, printers and logins break at a hospital group in Springs. If you learn fast and don't mind being shown things twice, you'll settle in within a few weeks.

You'll be based at a hospital group in Springs. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps.

What your day looks like

Visit branches or sites to fix issues that need hands on the machine
Keep the asset register up to date when equipment moves
Reset passwords and unlock accounts in Active Directory and Entra ID
Connect users remotely with a remote support tool to fix issues
Install and configure printers, scanners and docking stations

What you need

Able to log clear, complete ticket notes
Matric plus an IT qualification, such as CompTIA A+ or an IT diploma
Working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 and Microsoft 365
Patient and friendly with non-technical users
Code B driver's licence and own car for field posts

Extra points for

Experience supporting point-of-sale or medical devices
ITIL Foundation
