Job Description

A corporate head office in Lephalale needs a calm tech who can help frustrated users get back to work. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

You'll report in Lephalale. Relocation is not covered for this one.

What you'll actually do

Keep the asset register up to date when equipment moves
Write short how-to guides for common user problems
Replace faulty hardware and log warranty claims with suppliers
Troubleshoot Outlook, Teams and OneDrive problems for users
Log, prioritise and update tickets on the service desk system

What you need

Basic networking: IP addresses, DNS, DHCP and Wi-Fi
Patient and friendly with non-technical users
Able to log clear, complete ticket notes
Working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 and Microsoft 365
Matric plus an IT qualification, such as CompTIA A+ or an IT diploma
Code B driver's licence and own car for field posts
