Job Description

Get hands-on support experience at a call centre campus in Mokopane, from password resets to new laptop builds. It's the kind of job where doing the basics well every day gets you noticed.

The work is in Mokopane, Limpopo, so you'll need a reliable way to get there every day. Start is planned for the beginning of next month.

What you'll actually do

Keep the asset register up to date when equipment moves
Visit branches or sites to fix issues that need hands on the machine
Write short how-to guides for common user problems
Image, set up and hand over new laptops and desktops
Log, prioritise and update tickets on the service desk system

You'll need

Working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 and Microsoft 365
Code B driver's licence and own car for field posts
Matric plus an IT qualification, such as CompTIA A+ or an IT diploma
Able to log clear, complete ticket notes
Basic networking: IP addresses, DNS, DHCP and Wi-Fi

Extra points for

ITIL Foundation
Experience supporting point-of-sale or medical devices
Experience with Intune or SCCM for device management
