Key Account Merchandising Supervisor

Out on the road for a dairy producer in Gqeberha, your car is your office and the store floor is your pitch. This role rewards consistency more than flash.

You'll be based at a dairy producer in Gqeberha. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps. You'll start with a short induction before working on your own.

• Pack shelves, rotate stock and remove damaged or expired lines.
• Open new accounts with taverns, spazas and independent retailers.
• Check shelf prices against the promo list and fix wrong tickets.
• Set up promotional displays and check planogram compliance with photos.
• Run in-store tastings and demos on month-end weekends.
• Take orders from store managers and spaza owners on the sales app.

• A valid Code 08 (Code B) driver's licence, for rep roles
• You can work to daily and monthly volume targets
• You know the townships, suburbs and main roads of your area
• Physically able to lift cases and pack shelves
• Comfortable with a smartphone sales app and WhatsApp reporting

• Product samples and staff pricing
• Monthly commission on volume and new accounts
• Cellphone and data allowance
• Company vehicle or car allowance plus petrol card

• Bring numbers: cases sold per month, new outlets opened or growth percentages on your route.
