Job Description

A clean Code 8 licence and good street sense will get you started at an engineering firm in Bethlehem. Bring a calm head on busy days and you'll be fine.

Location: Bethlehem, Free State. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first. Hours are mostly Monday to Friday, with the odd Saturday in busy months.

The work, day to day

Deliver chronic medication to patients' homes and confirm ID
Collect spares and parts from suppliers and bring them to the workshop
Keep your vehicle or bike clean and report faults
Follow the delivery app for route and stop order
Return undelivered parcels to the depot with a reason code
Phone customers when the address is hard to find

Must-haves

At least 1 year of driving experience
Valid Code 8 (B) licence, or A licence for motorbike roles
Able to work Saturdays
Clean driving record and no criminal record
Good sense of direction and map reading

Nice if you have

Knowledge of the city's industrial areas
Previous courier or last-mile experience
Your own reliable bakkie or bike for owner-driver contracts
