Linen Room Attendant – Fixed-Term

Every room at this conference hotel in Benoni should feel brand new, and you'll make that happen. If you turn up on time and finish what you start, you'll fit in quickly.

You'll report in Benoni. Relocation is not covered for this one.

• Restock minibars, amenities and tea trays and note what was used.
• Clean bathrooms, showers and toilets with the correct colour-coded cloths.
• Mix chemicals safely and store them as the MSDS sheet shows.
• Do evening turndowns with chocolates and curtain closing.
• Wash, dry and press linen and table cloths in the laundry.
• Inspect rooms against the checklist before release to front office.
• Report broken fittings, leaks and damage to maintenance.

• Grade 10 or higher
• You work neatly and notice a hair on a pillow
• You can finish around 14 rooms in a shift
• Honest and trustworthy around guest belongings

• Chemical handling training
• Laundry machine and steam press experience

• Uniform and protective gloves supplied
