Job Description

Shrinkage hurts every retail distribution centre; in Centurion, you would be the one tracking it down. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

Location: Centurion, Gauteng. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first.

What you'll actually do

Review CCTV footage to confirm suspected theft
Record every incident with photos, times and value of goods
Share trends with the store manager each week
Help with stock counts and point out loss hot-spots
Search staff bags at exit points according to store policy
Detain suspects lawfully and call SAPS, then write a statement
Tag high-value stock and check security tags at the doors

Must-haves

Able to handle confrontation calmly
Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4
Good report writing
PSIRA registration, Grade C at least
