You'll fix what breaks and prevent what might, around the private school in Epping. Bring a calm head on busy days and you'll be fine.

Home base is a private school on the Epping side of Western Cape.

• Replace tap washers, cisterns, shower heads and toilet seats
• Service pool pumps, gate motors and garage door openers
• Get quotes from outside contractors and let them in for bigger jobs
• Check fire extinguishers, emergency lights and escape routes on a monthly checklist
• Clear gutters and fix minor roof leaks with sealant

• Basic painting, tiling, plumbing and carpentry skills
• Honest and trusted to work inside occupied units
• Available for the occasional weekend emergency
• Your own tools are a plus, but safe tool handling is a must

• Basic first aid certificate
• Pool and borehole pump experience

• Meals on duty at hotel sites
• Uniform and safety boots supplied
