Merchandiser (Grocery Rep Route)

You'll keep the shelves full and tidy at a liquor store in Boksburg, so shoppers find what they came for. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

Location: Boksburg, Gauteng. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first. Start is planned for the beginning of next month.

• Clean spills fast and put up wet-floor signs
• Pack shelves from the back, rotating older stock to the front (first in, first out)
• Collect trolleys from the parking lot
• Face products so labels point forward and gaps are filled
• Visit several stores on a merchandising route and send photos of shelves
• Help customers find products and carry heavy items to cars

• Polite with customers and happy to help
• Able to stand and lift cases all shift
• Neat appearance and punctual
• Grade 10 or matric

• Previous shelf packing or merchandising work
• Being 18 or older for liquor store roles

• Staff discount on groceries
• Chance to move into till or department roles
• Travel allowance on merchandising routes
• Paid training in store procedures
