Mobile Developer (Flutter)

You'll build and ship features that real users touch every day, for a bank's digital channels team in Pretoria West. You'll work with a small crew, so being easy to work with matters as much as skill.

You'll report in Pretoria West. Relocation is not covered for this one. There's a probation period of three months before the contract is confirmed.

• Build and consume REST or GraphQL APIs
• Investigate production bugs using logs and monitoring dashboards
• Handle personal data safely, with POPIA rules in mind
• Pick up tickets from the sprint board and estimate the work
• Document how your features work for support and new developers
• Design database tables and write efficient SQL queries

• Commercial experience in at least one of PHP, C#, Java, Python or JavaScript
• You can explain technical choices to non-technical people
• Solid Git habits: branches, pull requests and meaningful commit messages
• A computer science or IT qualification, or a portfolio that proves you can build
• Experience writing automated tests
• Good SQL and understanding of relational databases
