Job Description

The gate at a private school campus in Kempton Park is the first line of safety, and you would be standing at it. It's the kind of job where doing the basics well every day gets you noticed.

Home base is a private school campus on the Kempton Park side of Gauteng.

What your day looks like

Watch for loitering, broken fencing and open doors during night patrols
Patrol the perimeter on a set route and scan checkpoint tags
Test the panic button and radio when you come on duty
Search vehicles and bags leaving the site when company policy requires it
Check visitors' IDs and capture them on the visitor app or in the gate register

You'll need

Grade 10 minimum; matric preferred
Clean criminal record
Able to work 12-hour day and night shifts, including weekends
Speaks and writes basic English

Extra points for

First-aid Level 1 certificate
Experience on estate access apps or biometric readers
Previous experience at a similar site type
