Off-Site Video Monitoring Operator – Fixed-Term

You'll watch the screens and radios at a remote video monitoring centre in Brackenfell, and send help the moment something is wrong. It's the kind of job where doing the basics well every day gets you noticed.

The site is in Brackenfell; early starts mean public transport timing matters, so check your route before applying.

• Answer alarm signals and phone clients to verify them
• Talk down intruders over on-site speakers when the system allows
• Monitor live CCTV feeds and zoom in on suspicious movement
• Report camera faults and offline sites to the technicians
• Pull and save video footage for incident investigations
• Log every event and action on the monitoring software
