Onsite IT Support Engineer (Corporate Office)

You'll be the person who fixes it when laptops, printers and logins break at a call centre campus in Rosslyn. You don't need to be the loudest person in the room, just the one others can count on.

This post is Rosslyn-based, with most of your time spent at a call centre campus. Start date: as soon as possible for the right person.

• Write short how-to guides for common user problems
• Troubleshoot Outlook, Teams and OneDrive problems for users
• Keep the asset register up to date when equipment moves
• Replace faulty hardware and log warranty claims with suppliers
• Image, set up and hand over new laptops and desktops

• Code B driver's licence and own car for field posts
• Working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 and Microsoft 365
• At least 1 year of help desk or desktop support (not needed for intern posts)
• Basic networking: IP addresses, DNS, DHCP and Wi-Fi
• Able to log clear, complete ticket notes
• Matric plus an IT qualification, such as CompTIA A+ or an IT diploma

• Experience with Intune or SCCM for device management
• ITIL Foundation
• CompTIA Network+ or Microsoft MD-102 certification

• Travel allowance for field technicians

• Clear path to second-line and systems roles

• List your certifications right under your name; A+ and ITIL are common keyword filters.
• Be ready for a practical test on a real laptop or a phone troubleshooting role-play.
