Order Picker (Cold Store)

You'll keep a busy building-supplies depot in Atlantis stocked, picked and moving out on time. Expect to be trusted with real work from your first week.

You'll be based at a building-supplies depot in Atlantis. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps. Start date: as soon as possible for the right person.

• Unpack returned parcels and sort them into resell or write-off
• Keep aisles clear of plastic, cardboard and loose pallets
• Replenish empty pick faces from overstock racking
• Scan every item so the system shows the right stock count
• Move pallets with a hand pallet jack to the dispatch lane
• Count stock during weekly cycle counts and month-end stock takes

• Punctual, with reliable transport home after late shifts
• Willing to wear safety boots, a reflector vest and gloves
• Clean criminal record (most warehouses run a check)
• Grade 10 or higher; matric preferred
• Happy to work shifts, weekends and public holidays in peak season
• South African ID or a valid work permit

• A valid forklift or reach truck certificate
• Basic computer skills for capturing counts

• Staff canteen with subsidised meals
• Safety boots, overalls and freezer jackets supplied
• Overtime paid at time-and-a-half on weekdays
• Permanent appointment for reliable temps after peak season
