Job Description

You'll sort, grade and pack fruit for export at a table grape packhouse near Brackenfell. If you learn fast and don't mind being shown things twice, you'll settle in within a few weeks.

You'll report in Brackenfell. Relocation is not covered for this one.

What you'll actually do

Stick labels and batch codes on each carton
Help clean the line and machines at the end of the day
Pack cartons to the export pattern and weight
Check fruit samples and record quality results on the QC sheet
Sort fruit by size, colour and blemish on the packing line

You'll need

Valid ID or permit
Follows hygiene rules at all times
Arrives on time for early shifts
Quick and neat with your hands
Basic counting and reading for labels
Available for the full packing season including Saturdays

On offer

Protective clothing supplied
Rehire for next season if you perform well
Overtime pay during peak weeks
