Parts Manager (Franchised Dealership) – Fixed-Term

Book cars in, find the right part and keep customers informed at the motorcycle dealership in Centurion. People who do well here are steady, honest and not scared to ask when something is unclear.

The work is in Centurion, Gauteng, so you'll need a reliable way to get there every day. Weekend work is on a roster, so you won't be on every weekend.

• Submit warranty claims with photos and technician reports
• Handle complaints calmly and find a fix with the workshop manager
• Load bookings in the dealer management system
• Count stock during cycle counts and year-end stocktake
• Book in vehicles, walk around with the customer and note existing damage
• Open job cards and explain the work and cost before it starts

• Matric, plus a motor industry background
• Computer literate with a dealer management system or parts software
• At least 2 years as a service advisor, parts interpreter or in a similar counter role
• Calm and polite with customers, even when they are upset

• Commission on parts sales or workshop turnover
• Monthly CSI bonus for customer ratings
• Company uniform
