Job Description

People get paid right and on time because of you at a payroll bureau in Pretoria West. This role rewards consistency more than flash.

You'll be based at a payroll bureau in Pretoria West. Living nearby, or on a taxi route to it, really helps. You'll start with a short induction before working on your own.

What your day looks like

Release the salary bank file for authorisation
Submit Compensation Fund returns of earnings
Import clock-card data and check overtime against approved hours
Process garnishee orders and third-party deductions
Submit monthly EMP201 returns and pay PAYE, UIF and SDL on eFiling

Must-haves

At least 2 years of full-function payroll
Sound knowledge of PAYE, UIF, SDL and the BCEA
Comfortable with Excel reconciliations
You keep salary information private under POPIA
