Reception Security Officer (Office Tower)

You'll control who comes in and out of a distribution warehouse in Gqeberha, and log every visitor properly. This role rewards consistency more than flash.

This post is Gqeberha-based, with most of your time spent at a distribution warehouse. Shifts rotate, so you'll need to be flexible about days and nights.

• Call the armed response or SAPS number from the call list when needed
• Hand out and collect contractor access cards
• Watch for loitering, broken fencing and open doors during night patrols
• Open and close boom gates for residents, deliveries and contractors
• Direct traffic and parking during school drop-off or big events

• Alert, polite and firm with the public
• Able to work 12-hour day and night shifts, including weekends
• Clear, neat handwriting for the OB and registers
• PSIRA registration at Grade C or higher, paid up to date
• Physically fit for foot patrols

• Experience on estate access apps or biometric readers
• A Code 8 licence for vehicle patrols

• Provident fund contributions
• Chance to be upgraded to Grade B with training
• Uniform, boots and winter jacket issued
