Job Description

This healthcare staffing agency in Kempton Park needs a recruiter who can read a CV fast and a person faster. Bring a calm head on busy days and you'll be fine.

You'll report in Kempton Park. Relocation is not covered for this one.

What you'll actually do

Place temps on assignments and check timesheets under the Labour Relations Act rules for TES.
Run group assessments for volume intakes of 30 to 100 people.
Give every shortlisted candidate feedback, including those who did not get the job.
Write clear, honest job ads and post them on job boards and LinkedIn.
Screen CVs and run phone interviews to check fit and salary expectations.

Must-haves

Skilled at LinkedIn search and job board databases
A diploma or degree in HR or a related field, or strong agency experience
At least 1 year of recruitment, sourcing or recruitment admin
Honest about salaries, deadlines and outcomes

Extra points for

Experience with psychometric or skills assessments
Knowledge of employment equity targets when shortlisting
