Reporting Analyst (Retail Sales) – Permanent

You'll turn messy data into reports managers actually use, for a telecoms provider in Tembisa. Good for someone who wants to build a solid track record they can put on their CV.

Home base is a telecoms provider on the Tembisa side of Gauteng.

• Mask or remove personal information in data sets under POPIA
• Write SQL to pull, join and clean data from several sources
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models
• Meet business users to turn their questions into report requirements
• Build simple forecasting and segmentation models in Python or R
• Present findings to managers in plain language with clear charts

• Hands-on Power BI, Tableau or a similar tool
• Degree in statistics, maths, computer science, economics or a related field
• At least 2 years in a data or reporting role (not needed for graduate posts)
• Advanced Excel
• Strong SQL, including joins, window functions and CTEs

• Latest laptop with extra screen
• Annual bonus tied to company performance
• Paid cloud and BI certifications
