Selling financial products in Boksburg means knowing the rules as well as the pitch. It's the kind of job where doing the basics well every day gets you noticed.

You'll report in Boksburg. Relocation is not covered for this one. You'll start with a short induction before working on your own.

• Track daily sales, conversions and lapse rates on the team board.
• Visit clients at home or work for field advice appointments.
• Treat clients fairly under TCF rules and never oversell.
• Read the FAIS disclosures and record client consent on every call.
• Keep your record of advice complete for compliance audits.

• FAIS fit and proper: clean credit and criminal record
• Credits toward a recognised FSCA qualification, or willing to start
• Six months or more of sales, telesales or call centre work
• Honest selling, even when the easy sale is the wrong one

• Medical aid and group life cover once permanent
• RE5 exam fees and study material paid
• Monthly sales competitions with cash prizes
• CPD hours logged and funded
