Every order that leaves this spares and hardware warehouse in Krugersdorp passes through your hands first. If you turn up on time and finish what you start, you'll fit in quickly.

This post is in Krugersdorp (Gauteng). Please only apply if you can travel there daily. There's a probation period of three months before the contract is confirmed.

• Move pallets with a hand pallet jack to the dispatch lane
• Replenish empty pick faces from overstock racking
• Keep aisles clear of plastic, cardboard and loose pallets
• Scan every item so the system shows the right stock count
• Count stock during weekly cycle counts and month-end stock takes

• Punctual, with reliable transport home after late shifts
• Grade 10 or higher; matric preferred
• Clean criminal record (most warehouses run a check)
• You can read product codes and count accurately
• South African ID or a valid work permit

• Experience in a cold-chain or freezer environment
• A valid forklift or reach truck certificate
• Living within walking or taxi distance of the warehouse

• Chance to be trained on forklift after probation
• Permanent appointment for reliable temps after peak season
• Overtime paid at time-and-a-half on weekdays
• Safety boots, overalls and freezer jackets supplied

• If you have done any stock counts, packing or even shelf work before, list it first. It shows you already know how to handle stock.
• Say clearly that you can work nights and weekends. Peak-season hiring goes to people who are available.
