You'll sell cover that families really use, from a funeral cover call centre in Sasolburg. Someone who likes a bit of variety, but also likes doing things the right way, will enjoy this.

Home base is a funeral cover call centre on the Sasolburg side of Free State.

• Track daily sales, conversions and lapse rates on the team board.
• Keep your record of advice complete for compliance audits.
• Treat clients fairly under TCF rules and never oversell.
• Capture new policies on the admin system and check debit order details.
• Visit clients at home or work for field advice appointments.

• You are comfortable earning a large part of your pay in commission
• Six months or more of sales, telesales or call centre work
• Matric, including Maths or Maths Literacy
• Honest selling, even when the easy sale is the wrong one

• RE5 exam fees and study material paid
• Monthly sales competitions with cash prizes

• Basic salary plus uncapped commission
