Sourcing Specialist (Technical Roles)

You'll find, screen and place the right people for an engineering consultancy in Worcester. This is a good step for someone who wants proper routine and a manager who notices good work.

The work is in Worcester, Western Cape, so you'll need a reliable way to get there every day. There's a probation period of three months before the contract is confirmed.

• Handle candidate data in line with POPIA, including consent and deletion.
• Report on time-to-fill, pipeline and placement figures each week.
• Place temps on assignments and check timesheets under the Labour Relations Act rules for TES.
• Negotiate offers and prepare offer letters.
• Give every shortlisted candidate feedback, including those who did not get the job.
• Source candidates through search, referrals and your own database.

• Confident on the phone with candidates and managers
• Skilled at LinkedIn search and job board databases
• Organised enough to run 15 or more vacancies at once
• A diploma or degree in HR or a related field, or strong agency experience
• Honest about salaries, deadlines and outcomes
• At least 1 year of recruitment, sourcing or recruitment admin

• Knowledge of employment equity targets when shortlisting
• Experience with psychometric or skills assessments
• An applicant tracking system such as Bullhorn or a similar ATS

• Commission on placements for agency roles
• Clear growth path to senior consultant or team manager
• LinkedIn Recruiter licence provided
• Hybrid working
