Team Leader (Automotive Production Line) – Immediate Start

Work on the line where every station counts, at the automotive component manufacturer in Boksburg. It's a practical job: you'll see what you got done before you go home.

Location: Boksburg, Gauteng. Applicants who already live in the area get looked at first.

• Load and unload robotic welding cells safely
• Follow standard work sheets and quality checkpoints at every step
• Take part in kaizen ideas to improve your station
• Assemble components at your station within the line cycle time
• Check parts for defects before they go into the vehicle
• Record production counts and scrap on the shift board

• Good eyesight and hand coordination
• Able to stand for a full shift and do repeat tasks without losing focus
• Grade 12 certificate
• Can follow written and visual work instructions

• Previous experience in an automotive plant
• Basic computer skills
• Forklift licence for material handling

• Staff canteen with subsidised meals
• Learnership opportunities toward an artisan trade
• Transport from nearby townships on some routes
• Shift allowance and paid overtime
